Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya collected the cultural diversity

Bhopal: Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya collected the cultural diversity, which spread all over India. Sangrahalaya also documented the oral tradition which is lying unpublished. In this context, today Sangrahalaya released a book titled 'Mandane : Malwa ki ek lokkatha' written by Ms. Anita Saxena who is well know folk artist on this occasion the chief guest of this programme Dr. Sachchidananda Joshi (Member Secretary, Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts, New Delhi) said "In the present situation in India cities lost their identity and village lost their dignity; at that the publication & this book forced to think on our roots and about the measures how we preserve the rural culture."

The programme conduct by Shri. Sudhir Shrivastava, He said "The book will be established as an mile stone in the field of  folk art of Malwa."

The Director, IGRMS, Prof. Sarit Kumar Chaudhuri said, "The Museum are not a magic house but this is place where you feel the all aspect of culture. He also stressed upon that museum not merely a place of objects display but it connects the people of every class of society. "

The witter of the book Ms. Anita Saxena explain their journey for writing this book, She said "It a combined efforts of all the rural women of Malwa region and her family members as well." She thanked to IGRMS for publication of this book.
