Bhopal's Public Bike Sharing Scheme, "Charter Bike", an Inspiration to Other Cities of Madhya Pradesh As well!!

The Government of Madhya Pradesh is Planning to execute the Smart City Scheme of public bike sharing to other cities of Madhya Pradesh as well. The soaring success of charter bike in Bhopal is an inspiration for the other cities of the state as well to adopt the model.
Under the smart city mission, the Bhopal was the first city to implement the nonmotorized transport pattern, where the public bike sharing scheme was implemented first which was successful with the support of the citizens.
The module is like; bicycles can be rented by making the rental payment on the app validation via the smart card, e-log-in-pin or mobile phone. Clean and Green environment encourage the Bhopalies to enjoy an excellent ride in a pollution free environment.

Numerous steps are being taken by the Madhya Pradesh government to spread awareness which includes a bicycle racing competition by Municipal Corporation and Bhopal City Link Limited which was for professional cyclists.
The public bike sharing has brought a considerable change in the life of common people. The Government appeals to the citizen use and promote the mode of transport as much as possible. The Government is hailing the suggestion as well form the citizens to optimise the scheme.
