Gives information about ‘Rahas Mela’
Bhopal: Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Gopal Bhargav paid a courtesy visit to Governor Smt. Anandiben Patel at Raj Bhavan on Thursday. Bhargav informed the Governor about “Rahas Mela” – a confluence of folk art, culture and public welfare being organized at Gadhakota tehsil headquarter in Sagar district from February 22 to 26. The fair is being organized between Basant Panchami and Holi in memory of the rajyabhishek of “Maharaja Mardan Singh Judev” since 213 years.
Apart from benefitting local citizens from the state government public welfare schemes, programmes based on local folk art culture are also organized during this five-day fair.-Window To News
