Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan is worried on increasing rape cases in Madhya Pradesh
JULY 03 (WTN) - Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan today held an important meeting with the senior police officials on the issue of increasing rape cases in Madhya Pradesh. According to information, in a meeting, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan asked the police officers to present ‘chalan’ as earliest in the court in cases of rape with the girls in Mandsaur and Satna.
According to the information, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has asked to try in the High Court for hanging criminals on the declaration of death penalty given by lower court in the case of rape in Dhar and Indore, so there should be fear in the criminals before committing rape.
Not only that, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan asked the police officers to provide information to the children in the school to develop the understanding of 'Good Touch' and 'Bad Touch'. Concerned with the growing rape case in Madhya Pradesh, the Chief Minister has asked the police officials to take necessary steps to reduce obscene literature and addiction. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has directed the police officers to take immediate action on the complaint in case of crime against women.
