Cooperatives have significant role in development of state: CM Chouhan

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that peoples’ lives are being transformed through development schemes in the state. The state has acquired several accomplishments of development. In this the cooperative sector plays a significant role. CM Chouhan was addressing the heads of District Cooperative Banks at the CM House today.
CM Chouhan said that the cooperative institutions should assist in providing benefits of the state government schemes to the farmers. He said that the Sambal Yojana will surely bring about a positive change in the lives of poor labourers. Madhya Pradesh will be made the best state in the world. Minister of State for Cooperatives Vishwas Sarang said that cooperative institutions have made a major contribution in the field of agriculture development. In the last few years the fate and picture of the state has changed.
Administrator Apex Bank Ramakant Bhargava also addressed the programme. Chief Minister Chouhan also released the Shatabdi Darpan, souvenir of Indore Premier Cooperative Bank on the occasion.-Widnow to News
