Relish Royal Cuisine of India at Courtyard by Marriott This Monsoon

Bhopal (WTN):  The guests at fine dining restaurant at Courtyard by Marriott - Bayleaf – will get royal treat for the next 10 days from 15 July during dinner times. The occasion is Riyasths – The Royal Cuisines of India. This food festival will showcase cuisines from Marathas, Shekhawats and Lal Kila with wide spread of more than 50 dishes from royal families and on the other side a dash of culture and heritage
 


In order to further elaborate the Riyasths – The Royal Cuisines of India, Chef Amit Sharma said “Our Indian royal cuisine has multicultural influence. Many geographies, areas, seasons, and availability of ingredients in the particular field many factors made cuisine from one region different from another. Lavish, flavoursome and aromatic cuisine will be prepared using lots of ghee, herbs and royal spices”.


 
Chef Amit further said from starters to main course and sweet dishes the festival will offer mouth watering flavours. It will include starters like Lazzat-e-Haleeb, Kanda Bhaji, Teekha Paneer Tikka, and soups such as Makkai Badam Ka Shorba, Taashiri Shorba and Tamatar Kaa Saar.





Similarly the main course will have dishes like Shahjahani Paneeer Pasanda, Dabi Arbi Kee Salan, Paneer Kolhapuri, Bhogichi Bhaji, Shekhawati Paneer, Shahi Govind Gatta, Dal Mumtaz, Amti Dal, Gosht Dam Biryani, Shekhawati Saag Pulao, Subz Rayta, Lehsun Kee Chutney and breads like Dehlvi Sheermal, Khameeri Roti, Reshami Paratha, Pudina Paratha, Thalipeeth and Banjara Roti. Post main course one can relish sweet dishes like Shahi Tukda, Badshahi Kulfi Falooda, Kesari Bhath, Aam Shreekhand, Baked Rabdi Malpua and Samak Ki Kheer.
