Bhopal: Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya is working on concept of with people, for people, by people. The museum is installing an interface between past and present and introducing people to their cultural identity. In this series IGRMS organized a 05 days long workshop of Rahen (Oraon tribal painting) from July 19, 2018 under outreach programme at Govt. Residential School of physically and mentally disabled students, Kesar Bungalow, Pari Baazar, Bhopal.

Director, IGRMS, Prof. Sarit Kumar Chaudhuri, Joint Director, IGRMS, Shri Dilip Singh and students jointly inaugurated the workshop by the lighting lamp in front of Maa Saraswati. In thisprogramme approximate 30 students participated they got training in Oraon tribal painting by Do and learn method. "Rahen" is aimed to promote the creativity of physically and mentally disabled children. On this occasion, In the large number of students and teachers were present.-Window To News
