May be tough action against Junior Doctors, JUDA indicates ‘softness’
JULY 27 (WTN) - In Madhya Pradesh, the ‘fight for supremacy’ between Junior Doctors and the government is continuing, but the patients are suffering from it. Every day some new developments are happening in it. For your information, let you know that the Madhya Pradesh High Court has declared the strike of Junior Doctors ‘illegal’, but after this, the strike of Junior Doctors across the state, including Bhopal's Gandhi Medical College, is still in progress.
According to information received from the media, the Junior Doctors were given ultimatum to return to work till Thursday night, but the government has already prepared for FIR against 329 Junior Doctors of GMC (Bhopal) who have not returned to work. Apart from this, further action can also be taken against the Junior Doctors, they can be relegated form colleges and hostels, and a contempt petition may also be filed in the High Court. That is, it is clear that against the Junior Doctors, the Madhya Pradesh government is in a mood of ‘tough action’.
For your information, let you know that junior doctors are on strike from Monday for demanding increase of stipend up to Rs.20,000. Here, the Madhya Pradesh government has expelled 24 junior doctors of five medical colleges, among these 19 Junior Doctors’ registration has been canceled by the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council for not join duty after ESMA imposed by the government.
