New houses to replace old damaged houses in Nehru Colony

Revenue Minister Gupta inspects damaged houses 

Bhopal: Damaged houses of Nehru Colony situated in Ward-28 of Bhopal city will be razed and new houses will be constructed in their place. The inmates of these houses will be rehabilitated in transit houses till the new houses are constructed. These houses are of Municipal Corporation. Revenue, Science and Technology Minister Umashankar Gupta instructed for prompt action after inspecting the damaged houses.

Gupta told to shift inmates of 8 houses first. Later other families should be shifted after arrangement is made and then the construction of new houses should begin. The houses of Ramesh, Siyaram Parse, Ramlal, Deepak Dhoulpurkar, Gajram Chouhan, Santosh Paroche, Bhagwan Singh and Ashok Paroche are damaged.

Gupta said that basic facilities should be provided to these families where they are shifted temporarily. Chairman of Mati Kala Board Ramdayal Prajapati and other public representatives were also present on the occasion.-Window To News
