Courtyard by Marriott Brings In “Amchi Mumbai” To Food Lovers OF Bhopal

August 17 (WTN): It's time to indulge in some delectable Mumbai-style street food created by Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal Executive Chef Ravinder Panwar. The occasion is 10 day Amchi Mumbai Street Food Festival. The food festival that begins to embraces the spirit and taste of amchi Mumbai. From Pav Bhaji to Bombay toastie, this fest is going to take you on a roller coaster of typical Mumbai flavours. Aamchi Mumbai Street Food Festival is on till August 25, between 7.30 to 11 pm.
Chef Ravinder, in a press release, said “Mumbai is known for its diverse culture and a lot of its cuisines have been adopted and transformed into mouth-watering dishes that are now considered unique to Mumbai.”
He further said “It’s fitting that the food fest coincides with the monsoon wherein everybody like to have hot and spicy cuisines. We would be serving the best of Mumbai street food to enhance our guest experience. Some of the dishes would include Bombay Pao Bhaji, Kalyan Vada Pav, CST Bhajia, Bhel Poori, Ragda Pattie, Ice Gola, Batata Rassa, Dabeli, chowpati chana chaat, Mumbai Frankie, Bade Miyan Kebab, Khao Galli Band kebab, Muska Band, Komdi Vada, Anda Burjee, Bagada Fry, Juhu Ka Gola, Kulfi Falooda.
