Science and Technology Minister Gupta honours over 1500 teachers

Bhopal: The Minister For Revenue, Science and Technology Umashankar Gupta honoured over 1500 teachers of various schools of South-West Assembly constituency by presenting shawl and shreephal at Kamla Nehru School on Sunday. He also honoured Ku. Harshita Tomar, who won Bronze medal in sailing under the water sports event in the Asiad -2018 and National Teachers Award recipient Smt. Usha Khare.
Gupta said that students will attend classes, when teachers will give hundred percent of their capabilities to them. He mentioned that students and teachers come to school with the mindset to learn and to teach respectively. Gupta further mentioned that students not only learn from things written on the black board but they also learn many things from the activities conducted in the school premises. He said that behavior and conduct of teachers should be such that it should develop a feeling of faith and respect in the heart of students.
He stated that teachers must bring changes in them according to the changing time. Those who do not change themselves with the time, lose their existence over a period of time. Gupta mentioned that the political workers must also connect themselves with the social concerns.
The Principal Smt. Usha Khare said that activities in connection to the girls’ education, digital education and self defence have been conducted on priority in Girls Higher Secondary School, Jahangirabad. Chairman of the Matikala Board Ramdayal Prajapti and local public representatives were present on the occasion.-Window To News
