Officers of different states share information about citizen services

Regional Conference on Good Governance held in Bhopal
Bhopal: Total 448 services of 47 departments have been notified on the mponline portal. Among them, 258 services are online and citizens are being benefited by 35 services under Samadhan Ek Din Yojana. Principal Secretary, Hariranjan Rao gave this information today in regional conference on good governance in Bhopal. He gave information about CM helpline, public service centres, e-district and public service guarantee scheme and other citizen services through presentation. Rao also informed officers of other states about tourist places of Bhopal.
Public services and grievance redressal were discussed in the third phase of the conference. Additional secretary cum director of Punjab Government, Parmindar Pal Singh Sandhu, additional mission director of Bihar Smt Pratima Satish Kumar, joint secretary of Jharkhand AK Satyajeet and deputy secretary Chandrabhushan Prasad gave presentations about works and problem redressal through public services in their state concerned.
Discussion was held on good governance in the third phase of the conference. Executive engineer of Chhattisgarh Ramesh Kumar Singh, commissioner cum secretary of Meghalay Sampat Kumar and Smt. Rakshita Swami, secretary of Himachal Pradesh Smt Purnima Chouhan, and delegate from Hariyana explained works carried out in the direction of good governance in their states. Question-answer session was held in the conference. Queries of delegates were resolved.
Chief Secretary to address valedictory session
Chief Secretary Basant Pratap Singh will address valedictory session on Tuesday September 11 at 12.30 pm. The session will conclude after address by Secretary KV Ipan.
Prior to this, citizen centric services will be discussed in the fifth phase at 10.30 in the morning. In this, Advisor to NITI Ayog Rakesh Ranjan, CEO of Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Harish Nair, Special Secretary of Orissa RN Palai, and Senior Technical Director, NIC, Sunil Jain will give their presentations.-Window To News
