‘World Kindness Day’ celebrated with a lesson to make world better

Bhopal: World Kindness Day is celebrated annually on 13th November. On this day, participants attempt to make the world a better place by celebrating and promoting good deeds and pledging acts of kindness, either as individuals or as organisations. To promote the same spirit of making this world a better place LNCT World School Celebrated world kindness day today by pledging to value every type work with the slogan "No work is Small Work". Students and Teachers distributed gifts and thank you cards to IV Grade Employees to thank and acknowledge their efforts in making this world a better place.
 
Talking about World Kindness Day LNCT World School's Principal Surjeet Kaur said "World Kindness Day was first launched in 1998 by The World Kindness Movement, an organisation formed at a 1997 Tokyo conference of like-minded kindness organisations from around the world. There are currently over 28 nations involved in The World Kindness Movement which is not affiliated with any religion or political movement. The mission of the World Kindness Movement and World Kindness Day is to create a kinder world by inspiring individuals and nations towards greater kindness.

LNCT World School's Director Poojashree Chouksey said "Anybody can take part in World Kindness Day and can pledge a good deed hence we along with our staff and students pledged to Value Every Kind Of Work, because its very important for our next generation to understand the importance of any kind of work that anyone puts in to make this world livable and that every work and worker is important no matter how minuscule it may seem.
