Bhopal: Chief Election Commissioner of the Election Commission of India, O.P. Rawat is reaching Bhopal on November 19. Rawat will address the officers of the 93rd Foundation course at R.C.V.P. Noronha Academy of Administration in Bhopal at 10 am. Later at 12.30 pm, he will hold an election meeting with the Chief Electoral Officer V. L. Kanta Rao. Along with this, Rawat will attend a programme organized by Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal at 3 pm.
