Bhopal: The Balrang Samaroh is the true image of Indian culture. Unity in diversity is the culture of our country. Children are the future of the nation, it is the moral responsibility of all the sections of the society to nurture them from the very beginning, make them cultured and nurture them with the feelings of brotherhood and patriotism. This was stated by Governor Anandiben Patel at the inauguration of Rashtriya Balrang Samaroh organized at the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya in Bhopal. The Governor reviewed an exhibition organized by the children on this occasion and also released the Balrang souvenir.

Governor Patel said that watching the children being brought up in different cultures, speaking different languages perform on one stage makes it seem like the dream of the bright future of the country is coming true. The Governor said that India is a country with different cultures, customs, cuisine, beliefs and values. Our cultural inheritance is the country’s heritage. It is everyone’s responsibility to ensure its continued protection and development. She said that in this era of present-day modern technology and techniques, the effect of western culture on the new generation is obvious. The new generation creates new values ​​of life according to the nature of its culture. It is our responsibility to make children aware of our culture and civilization.

The Governor said that every child cannot become a doctor or an engineer. They should be given the opportunity to pursue education according to their interest. The Governor called upon the children to pay special focus on cleanliness.

Commissioner Jaishree Kiyawat presented the programme outline and gave information about the activities.
