Home and Jail Minister Bala Bachchan at Police Training Academy
Bhopal: Home and Jail Minister Bala Bachchan has said that the right training in the beginning of any job can help overcome difficulties easily. He said that through communication skills even the most difficult problems can be overcome. Bachchan was addressing the concluding session of the training programme on Conversation and Communication Skills in Police Training Academy, Bhounri.
Bachchan said that many issues related to sensitivity can be easily solved through dialogue between the police and the public. Training to police officials will prove to be very effective in this work. He said that coordination between police and public is essential. Criminals should always be in awe of the Police. He said that even while abiding by the law and order system, dialogue is a powerful medium. Bachchan lauded the arrangements in the Academy. He distributed certificated to the trainees.
Director General of Police Rishi Kumar Shukla gave detailed information about the academy and also informed about various training conducted there. He said that in the next two years, 200 young officers will be included in the field team.
As many as 31 participants from the states of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh took part in the training. ADG Anil Kumar and S.P Sanjay Singh were also present on the occasion.-Window To News
