Sharma inaugurates Deaf Festival-2019 

Bhopal: Minister for Public Relations, Law and Legislative Affairs, Science and Technology, Aviation, Religious Trusts and Endowment P.C. Sharma inaugurated Deaf Festival- 2019 here today. Sharma said that high quality works are done by hearing and speech impaired persons. Therefore they should not consider themselves as handicapped. He further stated that hearing and speech impaired persons are full of extraordinary energy and skills. Sharma mentioned that the government will take every possible step to make them strong and for their better livelihood.

In addition to seminar and workshop, beauty competition, dance competition, play etc. were organised in the festival. Hearing and speech impaired persons of Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Maharashtra, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and Odisha displayed their skills on the occasion.
