Deepak Bavaria's formula for Lok Sabha elections being opposed
'Dissatisfaction' increases against Deepak Bavaria's working culture
JAN 22 (WTN) - Against the Congress general secretary and Madhya Pradesh in-charge Deepak Bavaria, dissatisfaction is gradually increasing in the state. Mr. Bavaria, the close ally of Rahul Gandhi, has been in the news of his statements and political tactics from time to time. The latest controversy has sparked after his statement in which it has clearly stated that in the Lok Sabha elections, the party will not give tickets to those who have lost in the 2018 assembly elections.
This is not the first time when Deepak Bavaria has come in the discussion due to his statements. Earlier, during the assembly elections, due to his many statements and decisions, he was strongly opposed within his party. In Sidhi and Vidisha, he had to face embarrassed situation as Congress leaders and workers started conflict.
Indeed, Deepak Bavaria was in abroad and came to India on Rahul Gandhi's advice and joined the Congress party, but it is true that Bavaria does not know ground label politics of Madhya Pradesh. Congressmen strongly objected to several decisions of him at the time of assembly elections, such as advice to elderly leaders not to demand for tickets, as well as tickets for office bearers after resignation from the post, strong activity on the social media especially on the face book and the Twitter, Rs 50,000 demand from the claimants for tickets.
In his latest statement, which is being fiercely controversial, Bavaria has said that in the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress party will refrain from giving tickets to those candidates who have lost in the assembly elections in 2018. Indeed, Bavaria argues that the party may have to face difficulties because of contesting its losing candidates in the elections. Now if the Congress party executes the formula of Bavaria, it will be difficult to contest the election to the senior leaders like Ajay Singh, Arun Yadav, Suresh Pachauri and Nishank Jain who lost in the assembly elections.
It is being said that state Congress leaders will not support Deepak Bavaria’s formula which is being talked about for the Lok Sabha elections. Anyway, who will get tickets for Lok Sabha elections and who not, central level committee will take this decision.
Among all this, Shashank Bhargava, the only Congress MLA from Vidisha district, directly asked questions to state Congress in charge Deepak Bavaria at the Congress leaders meeting in a big way. Shashank Bhargava strongly opposed Congress general secretary Deepak Bavaria in the presence of Vidisha Lok Sabha in-charge Prabhu Singh Thakur. During this time Shashank Bhargava said that due to Deepak Bavaria, the Congress had to face defeat in four assembly constituencies of the district; Basoda, Sironj, Kurwai and Shamshabad.
Bhargava said that Bavaria's candidate selection formula was wrong and at the same time changing district president on the pick time of election also resulted in loss of the Congress and party had to face defeat in four seats of Vidisha distrcit. In protest against Deepak Bavaria, Vidisha legislator Shashank Bhargava said that by doing so, Deepak Bavaria would go back to Gujarat, because his formula will not work in the Lok Sabha elections.
Before the Lok Sabha elections, the way Congress leaders are seen in anger against the state in charge, it is clear from that Congress workers are angry with the working ways of Deepak Bavaria. But it is necessary to see that the opposition of Rahul Gandhi's close one Baveryia may not be too heavy on Congress leaders. But the fact is that there are truths in the facts that Congress leaders are saying in opposition to Deepak Bavaria. Well, we have to see whether the dispute among Deepak Bavaria and other Congress will be stopped.
