Vikram award winners to get job or allowance
'Seriousness' of Kamal Nath government toward sports and players
JAN 22 (WTN) - After coming to power in Madhya Pradesh, Kamal Nath government of the state claims that that are fulfilling their promises and so far the farmers’ loan waiver and many other promises have been accomplished by the Congress government. Now it is being said that Kamal Nath government is going to fulfill one of its promises soon, and this promise is of job to winners of the Vikram award.
According to the information, as per their promises, the Congress government is now going to fulfill the promise made to the Vikram award winners, and the promise is to give jobs or allowances to them. Those Vikram award winners, who have not been able to get jobs since 1997 to 2006, are preparing to pay the allowance of 15 thousand rupees per month by Kamal Nath government and for that, the list of these players is being prepared.
For your information, let you know that the players who have been awarded the Vikram award since last few years have hope of getting jobs from government. After reviewing the last ten years, these awardees did not get any job or any allowances from which they could further continue their game. Players say that due to focus on sports, they could not complete their studies, which is why they now need a job to pursue careers.
Now it is to see that after formation of a new government in the state, the players, who are honored with the Vikram award, can get a job. From time to time, many promises have been made by the state government but these promises have been fulfilled very little. If the game culture in the state is to proceed ahead, then the state government should encourage players so that they can make their career in sports.
By the way, after coming into power, the Congress government of the state is looking very serious towards sports. Just a few days back in Bhopal, there was discussion amid Arjun, Vikram and Vishwamitra awardees for sports development and suggestions have also been sought for the development of sports. If the Kamal Nath government keeps paying attention to the sports and the players with this seriousness, then one can hope that the game culture will develop in Madhya Pradesh in coming time.
