In the 10-day Italian Food Festival 'Italian Job', held at the Hotel Courtyard By Marriott’s Momo Café, the guest will get the chance to explore the freash ingredients, quality products, traditional regional flavors and fine flavors. Most famous and widely known food of Italy is Pizza and Pasta. It is recognized not only for Italy but also for its finest taste and flavors throughout the world and their innumerable variety also makes them special.
This time Marriott Bhopal is ready to give a guest a memorable dining experience of Homemade Pizza, Pasta and Flat Breads in his Momo Cafe, executive chef Ravish Mishra of Hotel Courtyard by Marriott informed details of food fest in a press meet. He said that our main objective in this is to provide the guests to taste of regional, traditional cuisine of Italy. Momo Café's Chef will serve them with the same authentic flavor and flavor with their homemade pasta, toastage pizza and bread variety.
During this food festival, Momo Café will be completely painted in Italian colors. In it, every table will be adorned with fresh basil and oregano pots, while the artistic quotes on the chalk board and the painted interior of the same color will also give the guests different experiences. During the entire Fest, guest will experience handmade Pasta on the Live Cooking Counter with its Choice's Filling and Sauces and will be able to enjoy it a lot. Chef Ravish Kumar said that Pizza and pasta are famous not only India but also all over the world and in Italy it is so varied that you cannot think. He explains that in Italy alone 310 shaped pastas are prepared and have 1300 documented names. Similarly, pizza built in southern Italy in the 10th century has also made its mark in the world today. From the 18th century the pizza became famous in Naples, now also known as Pizza Capital.
