PR Minister Sharma inaugurates Lok Rang
Bhopal: On the occasion of Republic Day, Minister for Religious Trusts and Endowments, Public Relations, Law and Legislative Affairs, Science and Technology and Aviation, P.C. Sharma inaugurated the 34th Rashtriya Lok Rang Samaroh at BHEL, Dusshera Ground. He presented state level prizes to the tableaux, selected in the Republic Day Programme, participants and others for remarkable achievements in various fields.
Minister Sharma stated that Lok Rang Samaroh is a unique confluence to showcase Indian culture. We witness a tradition of unity in diversity here. He extended Republic Day’s greetings to the people present on this occasion.
The Secretary Culture, Renu Tiwari has informed that various cultural presentations like traditional dances, songs of Madhya Pradesh and other states, dances of other countries, dance-drama, children’ films and puppet show will be showcased from 7.00 p.m. onwards during the 5 day long Rashtriya Lok Rang Samaroh. People will also get taste of different regional delicacies during the samaroh, she added.-Window To News
