Many trains running on Bhopal-Itarsi route affected due to maintenance in Hoshangabad
Route of many trains changed and cancelled on Bhopal-Itarsi rail track
JAN 31 (WTN) - If you are in the mood for traveling by Kamayani Express, Udyogkarmi Express or Fir Panchvalley passenger on Bhopal-Itarsi route by 13th February, then carefully read this news first. Because of the addition of the third line near the Hoshangabad station and due to the maintenance work, the railway has changed the route of several trains including Kamayani Express, while many trains have also been canceled for a few days.
For your information, let you know that a dozen trains will be affected passing through Bhopal due to the third line work and maintenance in Hoshangabad. Due to maintenance, the Kamayani Express, which runs between Varanasi and Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, will not pass through Bhopal since January 31 to February 11.On the converted route, this train will run via Itarsi-Jabalpur-Katni.
According to information received from the Railways, both the up and down passenger trains running between Itarsi and Jhansi will remain canceled. Jhansi-Itarsi Passenger will be canceled from Jan 31 to Feb 11, while Itarsi-Jhansi Passenger will also be canceled from 31st January to 11th February.
Whereas the Panchvalley Passenger running between Indore and Chhindwara will remain canceled from 1st February to 12th February, then Chhindwara-Indore Panchvalley Passenger will remain canceled from 2nd February to 13th February.
The Udyogkarmi Express running between Valsad to Kanpur via Bhopal will be cancelled on Bhopal-Itarsai route on February 6. This train will run to Kanpur via Valsad-Surat-Nagda-Sant Hiradaram Nagar-Bhopal. On the other hand, the Udyogkarmi Express running from Kanpur to Valsad via Bhopal will go to Valsad via Bhopal-Sant Hirdaram Nagar-Nagda-Surat instead of Bhopal-Itarsi route on February 1 and 8.
