“I will play the role of a Judge in Jolly LLB 3 also and if I am not offered a role, I will fight for it.” says Saurabh Shukla.
Famous Bollywood star Saurabh Shukla was in Bhopal on Wednesday as he would be performing for a stage play “Barf” at Bharat Bhavan today. He loves the role of a judge and says, if ever there would ever be a Jolly LLB 3 in the lineup he would repeat the same role again and if he would not be given the role he would even fight for it.
On asking him about his view of Bhopal, he says that he feels a pull towards Bhopal due to the culture. He says, “Bhopal is one of the few cities which is in my list of favourites, I find it to be a colourful city, especially the road where you could find 3 museums together, I always visit there and to tell you it’s really awesome”.
Saurabh also said “You have to first practice culture to save it, there are many issues going on in India where people are talking about saving culture whereas they are not practising it at all. But Bhopal seems to practice culture and save it as well.” He also added “People ask me how do I make time for theatre after my busy schedule, and I tell them that I have started playing table tennis since 2011 every day for 4 hours, If I can spend 4 hours for table tennis, why not for theatre as it’s my hobby as well as my life.”
Saurabh is very excited about Jagga Jasoos, an upcoming Bollywood film, he doesn’t want to reveal anything about it but he claims to be playing one of his favourite characters in the film. He also talked about working on a film with Kamal Hassan. -WTN
