Instructions issued during review of Madhya Pradesh Housing Board works
Bhopal 02 September 2020: Madhya Pradesh Housing Board should reserve space for parks, sports grounds, community buildings, schools, hospitals and bus stops in whatever project it makes. Proper arrangements for sewage, roads and water must be ensured in all projects. Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh gave these instructions during the review of works of Madhya Pradesh Housing Board.
Singh said that action for recruitments on vacant posts must be taken. He reviewed the ongoing projects under Atal Ashray Awas Yojana separately. He told to make reasonable proposals for sale of L.I.G. houses. He directed to complete the Kosmi Betul projector by December 2020.
Give reasons for delay
While reviewing the ongoing projects including deposit work in the state, the Urban Development and Housing Minister told to give information about why the work is being delayed along with the project-wise reasons. He said that all projects should be completed within time-limit.
Inspection of Sagar and Damoh works on September 7
Urban Development and Housing Minister Singh said that he will inspect the ongoing works in Deendayal Complex of Sagar and in Damoh. He said that special care of civic amenities in all projects must be ensured.
Singh reviewed the works going on in Gaurav and Newari housing complex, Kilandev, Sapphire Park in Bhopal besides Indore, Gwalior, Burhanpur, Jabalpur, Rewa, Satna, Maihar, Sanawad, Khandwa, Sagar, Damoh, Betul, Ishagarh, Mungawali, Chhindwara and other districts.
