Bhopal 11 September 2020: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that there is no crisis of oxygen in the state. Adequate oxygen is available. No one needs to worry. Necessary arrangements have already been made by the state government. Coordination is also being established with various state governments. Principal Secretary Medical Education Sanjay Shukla has been entrusted with the responsibility for monitoring the availability of oxygen in the state.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that there is a need for constant awareness as regard to the corona pandemic in the state. Fever clinics set up in health institutions should work constantly with activeness to test and treat individuals with possible symptoms. For the monitoring of the people under the home isolation, the officers in charge should also constantly monitor the arrangements of the command and control centres, set up at the district level. Chief Minister Chouhan gave these instructions during the review meeting of Corona.
It was informed in the meeting that the recovery rate of the state is 75.3 percent. So far, 83 thousand 619 positive cases have been reported in the state. The number of the recovered cases is 62 thousand 936. During the review of the district-wise situation, Chief Minister Chouhan instructed to send a specialist from Gwalior Medical College to Shivpuri. The Chief Minister also sought information about the capacity and resources available at AIIMS Bhopal.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that cases of corona are increasing continuously in the state. It is necessary for every individual to be vigilant for protection from the disease. It is essential to ensure distance and use of masks at work places.
