CM Chouhan holds talks with Minister Hardeep Singh Dang over tea

Bhopal 15 February 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan had discussion over tea with Enviorment and New and Renewable energy Minister Hardeep Singh Dang. Dang apprised Chauhan with the departmental schemes. Minister Dang informed Chief Minister Chouhan that farmers are being benefited from the provisions of power generation under Kusum Yojana. This revolutionary change is taking place. After widespread implementation of the scheme not only the farmer will get electricity produced from solar energy but the amount of additional production will be deposited in the accounts of the farmers due to the arrangement of storage of electricity.
It will also help in preventing transmission losses. While the government will also benefit from this, ten-hour power supply will be ensured to farmers every day.
Dang informed that the scheme of supplying solar power in government buildings has been successful. Roof top scheme has been popularized by setting up the plant on the roof of government offices.
