Chief Minister transfers Rs. 1930 crores with single click
77 school buildings, 8 education complexes and three hostels dedicated
State level programme on completing one year of fourth term of CM Chouhan 
 
 
Bhopal 23 March 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that I fully dedicate myself for the creation of a magnificent, glorious, prosperous and developed Madhya Pradesh. We all have to work together to build a new Madhya Pradesh. Every effort is being made in the state to ensure food, clothing, shelter, medicine, education and employment opportunities for all. Every individual will have to take initiative at his own level to save water, for plantation, cleanliness, respect for daughters, drug de-addiction campaign and Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing a programme organized at Minto Hall focusing on public welfare schemes on the completion of one year of his fourth term.

Releases booklet on Jan Seva ka Ek Saal

In the programme which began with kanya pujan and Madhya Pradesh song, a book on Shivraj Sarkar ke ‘Jan Seva ka Ek Saal’ was also released. Forest Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah, Finance Minister Jagdish Deora, Tribal Affairs and Scheduled Caste Welfare Minister Sushri Meena Singh, Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Science and Technology Minister Om Prakash Sakhlecha, Tourism, Culture and Spirituality Minister Sushri Usha Thakur and Higher Education Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav were present. Cabinet members, MPs and MLAs also took in the virtual programme.

Funds released with a single click

In the state level programme, Chief Minister Chouhan released the second installment of relief amount of Rs. 1530 crore, Rs. 340 crore of the Mukhya Mantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana, and loan amount of Rs. 60 crore into the accounts of rural street vendors with a single click.

Shiksha Parisars and school buildings dedicated

Chief Minister Chouhan virtually dedicated eight girls shiksha parisar buildings constructed by the Tribal Works Department at a cost of Rs 219 crore 75 lakh and 77 school buildings and three hostels constructed under the School Education Department at a cost of Rs 104 crore 74 lakh. Chief Minister Chouhan dedicated Shiksha Parisars at Pati, Niwali, Barwani and Sendhwa in Barwani district and Sondwa in Alirajpur, Shivpuri district, Bhainsdehi in Betul and Panwarkheda in Hoshangabad.

Making life easier for the public is good governance

Chief Minister Chouhan said that while fulfilling Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream, work is being done to assist and uplift every section in Madhya Pradesh. Assistance of Rs one lakh 18 thousand crore was directly deposited into the accounts of the people of the state under various schemes. During the difficult period of Corona, over Rs 25 thousand crores of wheat purchase of more than 129 lakh metric tonnes was deposited into the accounts of farmers. To make life easier and to give shape to the concept of good governance, the facility of providing Khasra-Khatauni, copy of map, income and original residence certificate has been provided on mobile. More than 9 thousand crores of land has been freed from the possession of land mafia. Jaljeevan mission is working in the state to provide water through taps to every house. The work of changing the picture of Bundelkhand region has started with the Ken-Betwa Nadi Jodo Yojana.

Virus still exists - My Mask My Protection

Chief Minister Chouhan recalled that he took oath as Chief Minister amidst challenging conditions of Corona infection on 23 March 2020. Atal ji’s poem ‘Har nahin manunga’ became my inspiration during those difficult circumstances. As a result of the support and blessings of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the support of the team of officials and with the public, we were able to overcome those difficult situations. Chief Minister Chouhan said that the crisis of Corona has not gone yet. It still exists. It is necessary to avoid this and the mask is our only saviour. A campaign has been started for this. We have to understand that 90 percent of the protection from Corona comes from the mask itself. It is also necessary to adhere to social distancing.

My government a public welfare government

Chief Minister Chouhan said that my government is a public welfare government. Every needy was provided with assistance despite a collapsed economy during the Corona crisis. Assistance of Rs 10 thousand each was provided to more than three lakh 23 thousand small urban traders. Special schemes were also made for rural street vendors in the state and funds were transferred to their accounts. Today, loans are being distributed to more than 60 thousand street vendors simultaneously under this scheme.

Will have to follow Raj dharma

Chief Minister Chouhan said that I am committed from the beginning to maintain the rule of law in the state. In the first term, the dacoit gangs operating in the state were eliminated. In this sequence, Simi network was destroyed. Whatever elements work against the people, strict action will be taken on them under Rajdharma. In the same sequence, land worth Rs 10 thousand crores has been freed from mafias and the land worth Rs. 40 thousand crores was returned to the real land owners recently. More than Rs 900 crore has been recovered from chit fund companies. Such actions will continue.

TIs will now be able to be promoted as DSP

Chief Minister Chouhan said that adequate police force is being ensured at various levels to maintain law and order in the state. In this sequence, eligible police inspectors are being promoted to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.

Will inaugurate more than 1800 factories simultaneously next month

Chief Minister Chouhan said that this year the gross domestic product of the state will be more than Rs ten lakh crores. All possible efforts are being made to raise the income of every person. Working towards building an Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh, more than 1800 factories will be inaugurated next month simultaneously.
