Bhopal 24 May 2021: The entire Bundelkhand will be made Corona free by 31st May and unlock process will begin as per conditions. At the same time, myths related to vaccination have to be removed through awareness campaigns and we must all remain alert for the third wave. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said this while holding a discussion with the members of Crisis Management Groups of Sagar division in the meeting at Sagar today.

The Chief Minister while discussing with the members of the Crisis Management Groups constituted in all the districts of the division through a virtual conference after the review meeting on Corona said that, we have to get rid of Corona infection before 31st May with everyone’s support. With your cooperation, a public awareness campaign will be launched to stop the third wave.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that, to remove the myths related o vaccination, all of you should start public awareness campaign and motivate others to get vaccinated. Chief Minister Chouhan said that a campaign will be launched to ensure maximum vaccinations from June 1. He said that after vaccination, some people suffer mild fever but there is nothing to fear. This is a common reaction that occurs after any other vaccination.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that a number of complaints are being received regarding vaccination, over which a meeting will be held in Bhopal on Tuesday and a review will be done to make vaccination more accessible and easy. Chief Minister Chouhan said that more people should get Corona infection checked, I also get my check done every week.

While reviewing the public welfare schemes, Chief Minister Chouhan said that, instructions have been given to provide immediate benefits to the families affected by Corona infection. All proposals should be prepared to transfer an amount of Rs 5000 to the accounts of children whose parents have died due to Corona infection by May 30.

The Chief Minister said that if any government employee appointed on duty for the prevention and control of Corona, dies of Corona infection, immediate compassionate appointment of the concerned family member to the same post and an ex-gratia amount of Rs. 5 lakh to the family will be provided.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Deendayal Rasoi Yojana will continue in all districts and the Rogi Kalyan Samiti will be strengthened further. He said that no one should suffer for want of ration following lockdown due to Corona infection. For this, 3 months ration is being provided to the eligible beneficiaries by the state government and 2 months ration is being provided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He asked public representatives to monitor all ration distribution.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that Kill Corona campaign will continue. Those who are found to have Corona symptoms in the survey during the campaign should be provided with medical kit immediately and if necessary they should be isolated in Covid Care Centre. He said that no Covid Care Centre will be closed in the state. Whatever system is going on in all district hospitals and medical colleges, should be kept unchanged.
