Cabinet meeting held under chairmanship of Chief Minister Chouhan
Bhopal 01 June 2021: At the Cabinet meeting held today through video conferencing under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, approval was given to the State’s Poshan Niti-2020 prepared by the Women and Child Development Department to provide comprehensive nutrition and health protection to all the communities of the state especially children, adolescents and women to enable them to get proper nutrition and to make them capable in order to realize the concept of 'Suposhit Madhya Pradesh' by achieving better health levels.
Industrial Land and Building Allocation and Management Rules
2021
Madhya Pradesh MSME Development Policy 2019 has been issued with the objective of developing a supportive and proactive ecosystem for the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. In this, the cabinet approved new rules for allotment of land under the administrative control of the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
These rules will be called Industrial Land and Building Allotment and Management to Madhya Pradesh MSMEs Rules 2021. Main provisions made in the rules are that the development fee for the industrial areas developed before the rule comes into force is Rs. 150 per sq m and a provision has been to charge the development fee for the industrial area developed after the rule is implemented proportionate to the total amount incurred in the integrated development of that industrial area. Provision has been made for allotment of land/plots in industrial areas through online auction process. The time-limit has been reduced to half in the allocation process and the appeal process. Provision has been made to let out departmental sheds on rent.
Mukhya Mantri Covid-19 Yoddha Kalyan Scheme
The cabinet approved the implementation of Mukhya Mantri Covid-19 Yoddha Kalyan Scheme for the period of two months from April 1 to May 31, 2021 for personnel serving like warriors in prevention of Covid-19 epidemic.
Mukhya Mantri Covid-19 Bal Kalyan Scheme
The cabinet gave approval to various points of the Covid-19 Bal KalyanScheme. This scheme has been made for such children, whose parents or guardians died due to corona in the period from March 1 to June 30, 2021, so that apart from their financial problems, there is no interruption in their education. For this, through this scheme, they will be given financial assistance, free ration and free education by the government.
Under the scheme, financial assistance of 5 thousand rupees per month to each child beneficiary, free monthly ration to the guardian under the National Food Security Act and free education from first to graduation in the form of education assistance would be provided. This includes government and non-government schools, colleges and universities. Apart from this, provision of free education for all subjects like technical education, medical education, AYUSH education, legal education etc. has also been made in the scheme.
Mukhya Mantri Covid-19 Vishesh Anugrah Yojana
The Cabinet ratified the Mukhya Mantri Covid-19 Vishesh Anugrah Yojana. Gave approval to authorizing the Finance Department to take other follow-up actions related to the scheme.
Decentralized procurement scheme
The cabinet has sanctioned to provide free government security of 29 thousand 400 crore rupees for the financial year 2021-22 to borrow money for the procurement of food grains etc under decentralized procurement scheme in the state., operation of public distribution system and other government schemes, deficit fulfillment and continuity of the current financial system. Along with this, the Food Department has been authorized to take action from time to time for institution wise re-allocation of government security and operation of foodgrain credit limit – Window to News
