CM Chouhan inaugurates oxygen plant of Jaora Civil Hospital

Bhopal 05 June 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the oxygen plant, set up with public cooperation at Civil Hospital Jaora, is an example of public initiative and exemplary leadership ability to solve problems. This work done in the spirit of providing relief to the people at the local level in the difficult circumstances created by the disaster of Corona is the result of diligence and passion. Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing a virtual programme organized on the occasion of the inauguration of an oxygen plant set up at Civil Hospital, Jaora from his residence. Finance Minister Jagdish Deora, Higher Education Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, MPs Sudhir Gupta, Anil Firozia and local MLA Shri Rajendra Pandey were present in the programme organized at Jaora.

Oxygen plant to provide relief to 10 people

An oxygen plant with a capacity of 20 cubic per hour has been set up at Civil Hospital Jaora with the efforts of local MLA Shri Rajendra Pandey and public cooperation. With this, 65 patients can get uninterrupted oxygen. 72 cylinders can be filled daily from this plant. In this difficult times of Corona, more than Rs one crore were received from donors in addition to MLA fund, MP fund for setting up the oxygen plant and arrangement. With the installation of this plant, 10 lakh people of the area including Jaora will get relief.

Plantation of trees must

On the occasion of the dedication programme, Chief Minister Chouhan appealed that as the plant is being launched on the occasion of World Environment Day, trees must be planted in the plant premises.Chief Minister Chouhan said that the situation of Corona infection is under control, but it is necessary to adopt Corona friendly behaviour. Necessary resources will be increased in all hospitals including Jaora to face the possible third wave of Corona.
