Chief Minister Chouhan extends good wishes to the players for the Tokyo Olympics

Chief Minister Chouhan said that our players have set out to hoist India's flag in Tokyo Olympics. The slogan of "Cheer for India" from every part of the country is further boosting the morale of the players. While encouraging the players, Chief Minister Chouhan said that "Jeet hamari har nas me, aaye yahan jo karne ko karke ham dikhlayenge, jeet ki baji khele ham aur dil ko bhi jeet kar aayenge." Madhya Pradesh represented in Tokyo Olympics
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that it is a matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh that players Aishwarya Pratap Singh Tomar of MP State Shooting Academy and Vivek Sagar of MP State Hockey Academy have got an opportunity to represent India in Tokyo Olympics. Chief Minister Chouhan has congratulated and extended best wishes to both the players.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that at present sports are developing continuously in the state. Our players are ready to bring laurels to the state and country on the international stage like Olympics, World Cup, Asian Games. He said that the Madhya Pradesh government was committed to provide all type of state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure to the players. Chief Minister Chouhan said that in the Tokyo Olympics, two sportspersons of the state, Aishwarya and Vivek, who are from ordinary families, got a chance to shine in the state's academy. Today both are ready to achieve their goal.
Big hike in sports budget
Chief Minister Chouhan said that at present Madhya Pradesh is leading in the field of sports. In the year 2006, the sports budget was only Rs 5 crore, which has now been increased to Rs 150 crore. In future also there will be no financial crisis for the development of the players and the game. He said that it is a matter of pride for us that in the last Olympics also India was represented by 6 players from the M.P. State Women's Hockey Academy.
