Bhopal 07 August 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan congratulated India’s Javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra on winning gold medal in Tokyo Olympics. Along with this, Chief Minister Chouhan announced to give Rs 31 lakh each to each player of Indian women’s hockey team in Olympics.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the Indian women's hockey team may have lost the game but have won hearts. All women players including the members of the Indian women’s hockey team who went to play in the Olympics after acquiring training from Hockey Academy of Madhya Pradesh, will be honoured by the Madhya Pradesh government – Window to News
