Members of Crisis Management Committees of each level will connect
Bhopal 23 August 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will address the members of Crisis Management Committees of the state through video conference from 11.30 am on Tuesday, August 24. The purpose of this address of Chief Minister Chouhan is to get information about the preparations made in relation to the two-day vaccination mega campaign and to give necessary instructions. It is noteworthy that the second phase of the vaccination mega campaign is being conducted in the state on August 25 and 26.
Chief Minister Chouhan will also interact with the members of Crisis Management Committees constituted in the development blocks, wards, villages and cities of the state. Earlier on August 21, while discussing with these members, Chief Minister Chouhan had said that people should be motivated by appealing on social media also. The cooperation of eminent persons from different fields should also be taken.
Chief Minister Chouhan believes that Asha and Usha, Anganwadi workers as well as Health and Medical Education Department will play a pivotal role in the vaccination mega campaign. But other government departments should also play an active role in motivating the people.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the ministers in charge have also been asked to ensure the completion of preparations for this mega campaign. The target is to provide the first dose to cent percent eligible population in the state by the month of September. In the campaign, people are being invited for vaccination from door-to-door by giving yellow rice. At the district level, collectors are also carrying out various innovations in collaboration with social organisations.
