CM Chouhan congratulates Shakti Patel on receiving the National Teachers Award

Bhopal 05 September 2021: President Ram Nath Kovind honored Shakti Patel, a teacher of Mandla district with the National Teachers Award-2021 on Teachers'’ Day today. In the virtual programme, 44 teachers of the country were honored with the National Teachers Award. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was also present.

Recognition of incomparable contribution to nation building

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan congratulated Shakti Patel on receiving the National Teachers Award through a tweet message. The Chief Minister said that the selection of Shakti Patel, a teacher from Mandla for the National Teachers Award on the occasion of Teachers’ Day, is indeed a matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Chouhan said that this honor is the recognition of the tireless work of Patel as a teacher at the age of 32, and his incomparable contribution in nation building.

Shakti Patel is a secondary teacher of Hindi subject in Government High School at village Mand in Mandla district. He incorporated technology in the field of education and distributed free notes to children by QR code. Thousands of students across the country are benefiting from the entertaining learning material available on his website and YouTube channel. At the same time, he gave importance to teaching the events of Hindi subject lessons by connecting them with real life events.
