Bhopal 21 September 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that today I am going to take a historic decision for the entire state from the land of Pandhana. No poor in the state will stay homeless. Every poor family should have a piece of land for housing. Residential land will be given by the state government to every poor family of the state to live in a suitable place. Chief Minister Chouhan said this at the dedication programme of 103 newly constructed Anganwadi buildings and nutrition gardens at Pandhana in Khandwa district.
Under the Jan Kalyan and Suraj Campaign Chief Minister Chouhan felicitated the girls of the state with scholarships and finacial assistance to the women at Pandhana in Khandwa District. He distributed Rs 21 crore scholarship to 75 thousand 961 girls under Ladli Laxmi Yojana and Rs 5 crore maternity assistance to 25 thousand pregnant and lactating mothers under Pradhan Mantri Matra Vandana Yojana. Chief Minister Chouhan also dedicated newly constructed buildings of 103 Anganwadi centers in 32 districts and 10 thousand nutrition gardens (Poshan Vatika) in 52 districts in the state level programme. Chief Minister Chouhan also distributed nutrition rights notifications to the mothers of children who have come under normal nutrition category from malnutrition category in 22 districts. Forest Minister Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah, Khandwa district in-charge and Culture and Tourism Minister Sushri Usha Thakur, MLA, public representatives and a large number of beneficiaries were present.
Water for agriculture will reach every village
Chief Minister Chouhan said that development work did not stop in the state despite the Corona pandemic. Every effort was made by the state government to reach the benefits of development works and public welfare schemes to each and every person in the state. Free ration was distributed to the poor. Rs eight thousand crore were transferred to the accounts of farmers under the Prime Ministers Crop Insurance Scheme. In the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, an amount of Rs 10 thousand was deposited in the farmers’ account even during the Corona period. In Madhya Pradesh, the interest of farmers was kept on priority. When the whole country was facing lockdown, the state government procured every grain of wheat in Madhya Pradesh and also purchased paddy and moong. Madhya Pradesh government is a government working for the farmers. We will leave no stone unturned to ensure that water reaches every village in Khandwa district for farming.
Healthy woman will lead to a healthy state
Chief Minister Chouhan said that only when the women of the state are healthy, a healthy future can be built. Therefore, nutrition gardens are being constructed in the state, so that nutritious food can be provided to women and children. He said that Sambal Yojana is being launched again in the state, in which there is a provision of depositing Rs four thousand to pregnant women during pregnancy and Rs 12 thousand post delivery in their bank accounts. It is the responsibility of the state government to ensure the best of health of such women and the child in their womb.
State government will pay the fees of poor children of tribal class
Chief Minister Chouhan said that daughters should not be considered a burden in the state. For this Ladli Laxmi Yojana is being implemented. The state government has also taken up the responsibility of providing high-level education to the tribal and poor students. Chief Minister Chouhan said that the state government will take the responsibility of the fees of the poor children of tribals, whether they want to study in any medical, engineering or world class college in the country. We will not allow any kind of hindrance in the education of the children of the state.
Chief Minister Chouhan instructed the Khandwa Collector that strict action should be taken against anyone who makes any irregularity in the free ration being distributed to the poor. He said that camps should be organised under Ayushman Card Yojana and Ayushman cards of every eligible beneficiary should be made. Along with this, houses should also be allotted to the remaining beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. In the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana, the process of adding the names of the farmers who have been deprived of the benefits of the scheme due to technical reasons should also be done at the earliest. Chief Minister Chouhan said that every beneficiary would be provided the benefits of government schemes in a systematic manner. No person will be deprived of basic facilities like roti, cloth and house.
Benefit of PESA Act will reach tribal areas
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the PESA Act would be implemented in a phased manner in the tribal areas of the state. Simultaneously, the provisions of the Fifth Schedule will also be implemented. Self-governance will be strengthened in tribal dominated areas through PESA Act. Chief Minister Chouhan said that the process of recruitment on one lakh vacant government posts would be started in the state. All possible employment opportunities will be made available to the people.
General Category Commission formed to bring social harmony
Chief Minister Chouhan said that welfare of every section is the aim of the state government. He said that for the welfare of the poor belonging to the general category, a General Category Commission has been constituted in the state so that all may get social justice and social harmony may be established.
CM Rise School Scheme launched for high quality education
Chf Minister Chouhan said that special schools are being established in the state for quality education of farmers and students of poor sections. He said that a school building would be constructed at a cost of Rs 18 to 24 crore under the CM Rise scheme, in which all the students of the nearby villages would be able to study. Bus facility will also be provided to the children for commuting from home to school. Better and quality education will be provided in these schools than private schools, so that students of every category can reach new heights of success.

A new sub health centre will be opened at Balkhar.
CM Rise School will be opened in Chhaigaon Makhan.Government Excellence Higher Secondary School Pandhana will be made CM Rise School.
Tribal Senior Boys Hostel will be constructed at Chhaigaon Makhan at a cost of Rs. 3 crore 33 lakh 31 thousand.
An amount of 5 crores will be provided for the development of Nagar Parishad Pandhana.
Chhaigaon Makhan will be made a new tehsil.
A new sub-tehsil office building will be built in Singote.
Road construction and irrigation projects will be completed on priority – Window to News
