Book "Narmada Parikrama Ek Antaryatra" presented to Chief Minister Chouhan

Bhopal 21 September 2021: Sushri Bharati Thakur presented her book "Narmada Parikrama Ek Antaryatra" to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today. In the book, experiences related to the nature as seen while undertaking a Parikrama of the Narmada, its different beautiful forms, the cooperation received from the tribal brothers and the curiosity of the people displaced due to the dam have been collected.
Nimar Abhyudaya Rural Management and Development Association was established in 2010 by Sushri Bharati Thakur on completion of Narmada Parikrama. This organisation arranges free education for poor children from Balwadi (kindergarten) to high school. Efforts are being made to make the students of Nimar region self-reliant by giving training related to welding, furniture making, plumbing, joining work, food technology, organic agriculture and cow science.
