Bhopal 02 October 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that every section is getting attracted towards industrial investment in Madhya Pradesh. All possible efforts are being made to provide facilities to ensure a better environment for investors. Chief Minister Chouhan said that even during the Corona period, 384 big and 1892 small factories initiated investment in the state. A good investment climate in the state is attracting big industrialists here. He told that the government is soon launching the Udyam Kranti Yojana. Under this scheme, loan will be made available to the youth from the bank for setting up industries. The state government will take guarantee of the loan and grant will also be made available on the bank loan. Chief Minister Chouhan said that a medical college would be opened in Neemuch at any cost and he himself would come to perform its bhoomi-pujan.
Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing at a programme held for the dedication and foundation laying of industrial development works and IT parks in various districts of the state at Jawad in Neemuch district on Saturday. Chief Minister Chouhan performed bhoomi-pujan of infrastructure development works worth Rs 52 crore 61 lakh in 7 industrial areas virtually through a single click. Chief Minister Chouhan dedicated a incubation centre at Atulya IT Park Indore and performed a virtual bhoomi-pujan of Industrial Park Ratlam and Jaora. The Chief Minister also distributed letters of intent for allotment of land to the entrepreneurs. Chief Minister Chouhan also distributed approval letters worth Rs.11 crore 8 lakh for infrastructure development in Neemuch region. Chouhan distributed citations to 7 students who got selected in JEE Mains and released a booklet of medical reports of one lakh persons of Jawad Vidhan Sabha.
CM Rise School to be opened within a radius of 25 to 30 kilometers
Chief Minister Chouhan said that CM Rise Schools will be opened in every district of the state within 25 to 30 km radius. These schools will be better than private schools. As many as 350 schools will be opened this year and again next year. For this, the government has made a provision of Rs 1500 crore. Best of facilities will be made available to the students in these schools. Chief Minister Chouhan said that if we give facilities to the children of the village then they will move ahead. He appreciated 15 people of Neemuch district who have learned Japanese language. The Chief Minister directed to upgrade the Higher Secondary School of Jawad and Singoli to CM Rise Schools and the 30 bedded hospital of Manasa to 100 beds.
Chief Minister Chouhan lauded the 2 MW solar power project set up by Athwabujurg gram panchayat and said that all the Gram Panchayats should follow the example of Athwabujurg. He said that at present, gram panchayats are being given sufficient funds for development work. Appreciating the work of Minister Sakhlecha, Chief Minister Chouhan said that the work being done by him is inspiring.
Banada Talab issue will be resolved
Chief Minister Chouhan said that no stone will be left unturned in the development works of Neemuch and Jawad. Jawad Vidhan Sabha will be developed as a model. The Chief Minister said that the issue of Banada Talab would also be resolved. Farmers will be able to get water lifted from this pond in 1700 hectare area of 14 villages. The Chief Minister said that water supply would be arranged under Jal Jeevan Mission to every village. A plan of Rs 1400 crore has been made for this. Under this scheme, tap water will be made available to every household. Filter plants will also be installed to purify water.
Invest more with less money
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Omprakash Sakhlecha is showing the work of investing more with less money. Coriander will be produced in Neemuch district under the “Ek Zila– Ek Utpad” scheme. He said that constant dialogue will be maintained with the industrialists. Chief Minister Chouhan held a virtual discussion with Chhatarpur industrialist Manish Shukla. He learnt about the experiences of Sarpanch of Corona Warrior Tarapur, Kamal Sen and Supervisor Angurbala Ahir, Neemuch. A short film on the innovation made in Jawad was also screened at the event. The programme began with kanya pujan. Chief Minister Chouhan also planted saplings in Jawad College premises.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Chouhan announced to name the Covid Centre at Jawad after Late Virendra Kumar Sakhlecha and the Covid Care Centre in Singoli after Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay.

Chief Minister Chouhan discussed with industrialists from Bhilwara and other places in the college auditorium of Jawad and encouraged them to invest in the state. He said that the State Government is committed to solve the problems of the industrialists. They will also be given every facility to set up industries here and all possible help to develop industries.
Keys of Swachhata Raths handed over to sarpanchs
Chief Minister Chouhan handed over the keys of Swachhata Raths (cleanliness chariots) to the sarpanchs of Alori, Morvan, Gujrakhedi, Hanumantiya, Kesarpura, and Kelukheda panchayats of Jawad assembly constituency.
Amount of Rs 52 crore for industrial reforms in the districts
Giving information about the industrial structures, Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Omprakash Sakhlecha said that an amount of Rs.11 crore 80 lakh is being given to improve the condition of industries. An amount worth Rs 52 crore will be given for industrial improvement in other districts also. 10 new industrial clusters will be set up in the area. Swachhta Raths have been provided to 73 Gram Panchayats. In Jawad's college, 15 children were sent to Japan to learn Japanese, 36 schools have been digitized.
Employment to 22 thousand people through industries
Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Minister Rajvardhan Singh Dattigaon informed that huge amount of investment has been made in various industries in the state. Through these industries, 22 thousand people are getting employment. Industrial investment is increasing rapidly in the state. Women are also getting employment through various industries. The area of Chambal which was once known for its ravines, today the roads there are known as Atal Pragati Path. One lakh 20 thousand acres of land has been reserved for industrial areas in the state.
State is ahead in the industrial sector along with education and health
MP Sudhir Gupta said that the state is moving ahead in the industrial sector along with education and health. Chief Minister Chouhan has given a boost to cottage industries. The foundation of industrial revolution has been laid in Jhanjharwada. Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Sanjay Kumar Shukla threw light on the industrial policy.
