Complete irrigation projects on time and ensure providing benefit to the citizens

Chief Minister Chouhan gave instructions in the meeting of Narmada Control Board
 
Bhopal  09 October 2021: While reviewing the implementation of various irrigation projects, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has given instructions to ensure that farmers and villagers are benefitted with timely completion of the projects. Work fast to achieve the target of maximum use of Narmada water by the year 2024.

Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the 71st meeting of Narmada Control Board at Mantralaya today. Chief Minister Chouhan said that shortage of funds will not come in the way of implementation of the projects. He obtained information about works related to Chhaigaon Makhan Lift Irrigation Project, Alirajpur Lift Irrigation Project, Bistan Lift Irrigation Project, Chhipaner Micro Lift Irrigation Project, Group Micro Irrigation Project, (Amba Rodia, Balakwara, Chondi Jamanya and Simrol Ambachandan) Dhimarkheda Micro Lift Irrigation Project and Halon Project. Additional Chief Secretary ICP Keshari informed that the work of Chhipaner and Dhimarkheda projects will be completed by June 2022.
