Bhopal 21 October 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that today is a day of achievement for India. 100 crore Covid vaccines have been administered in India. This is a historic achievement. Chief Minister Chouhan said this in a message issued to the media at the State hangar.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that I heartily congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this campaign to save lives of the people. Earlier we made an indigenous vaccine which was a very important achievement in the fight against Covid-19. Now, by administering more than 100 crore vaccines we have set a new record. A new history has been created. However much we praise Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the two doses of life is less. I thank all the health workers those engaged in vaccination campaign, social organizations, workers of political parties and those who have contributed in the vaccination campaign from the core of my heart.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that so far more than 6 crore 72 lakh 43 thousand vaccine doses have been administered in Madhya Pradesh. Our campaign continues. Chief Minister Chouhan said that this would not have been possible if the indigenous vaccine had not been created under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. Modi has saved lives of people from the third wave of Covid by providing free vaccines. Chief Minister Chouhan has congratulated the country and the people of the state.

Chief Minister Chouhan has appealed to the people of the state to go for the second dose of the vaccine because the second dose is necessary for total protection against Covid. By the end of December, we have to complete the campaign of administering the second dose to all the people of the state – Window to News
