Governor Patel interacted with Raj Bhavan security staff
Bhopal 29 October 2021: Governor Mangubhai Patel has said that life without feelings is meaningless. Man has been bestowed with special powers by nature. He has been given wisdom so that he can act by understanding what is right and wrong. He said that strict action should be taken against the criminal elements, besides sensitive and sympathetic treatment towards the innocent and the victim is also essential.
Governor Patel was interacting with the police and security forces personnel deployed in Raj Bhavan security at the Golden Jubilee Auditorium of Raj Bhavan today. Principal Secretary to Governor D.P. Ahuja was also present.
Governor Patel said that security is an important and challenging responsibility. For this, it is necessary to have high level of technical, professional knowledge as well as physical and mental alertness. Appreciating the efforts being made by the security force of Raj Bhavan, he said that events should be organised to share with colleagues the experiences of security work. This improves the quality of work even more. He also asked for the continuation of regular yoga, sports, entertainment activities and mutual dialogue activities. He assured cooperation in meeting the needs and requirements of the security forces. The Governor also extended Diwali greetings in advance.
In the dialogue, personal security officer constable Dharmaraj Pandey and 35th Battalion Armed Force sub-inspector Santosh expressed their views. The welcome address was given by Agam Jain, assistant to the Governor. The vote of thanks was given by security officer Inderjit Singh Chavda.
