CM Chouhan reviews status of fertilizers in the state
Bhopal 30 October 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has instructed to ensure fair distribution of fertilizers to the farmers. Fertilizer should be supplied to needy farmers on priority. Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the status of fertilizers in the state with the officials of Agriculture, Markfed, Cooperative and other related departments at his residence.
Ensure adequate availability of fertilizer
Chief Minister Chouhan said that most of the sowing takes place in the month of November. It is our priority to provide adequate quantity of fertilizer to the farmers during the sowing season. Therefore, adequate arrangement of fertilizer should be ensured in the state. He said that after assessing the quantum of consumption, the central government should be urged to provide fertilizer rakes. Farmers should not face any problem in getting any type of fertilizer. He said that black marketing will not be tolerated and strict action will be taken against black marketers.
