There should be no delay in allotment of land to industries: Chief Minister Chouhan

The scheme includes 45 services of 9 departments
 
Bhopal 02 November 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that whatever process has been decided regarding starting the industry in 30 days, its implementation should be ensured in time-limit. There should not be any delay in the process of land allotment to industries. Cases should not remain pending at the Municipality, Nagar Panchayat level. Only those tasks which can be done in 30 days should be included in Start Your Business in 30 Days. Chief Minister Chouhan also directed to conduct third party assessment of the activities of the departments. Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the decisions taken regarding the facility of starting industries in the state in 30 days under self-reliant Madhya Pradesh at the Mantralaya.

MSME Minister Omprakash Saklecha, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Sanjay Shukla and other officers were present in the meeting.

In the programme "Start Your Business in 30 Days" 45 services of 9 departments have been identified. These include four of the Energy Department, nine of the Labour Department, four of the Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department (Controller of Weights and Measures), one of the Commercial Tax Department, one of the Revenue Department and 14 services of the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion. In addition, one of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, five of the Urban Development and Housing Department and 6 services of the Environment Department i.e. Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board have been included – Window to News
