Chief Minister Chouhan laid the foundation stone of Seep-Amber Irrigation Project in Nasrullaganj

Bhopal 12 November 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that today the foundation stone of Seep-Amber irrigation project is being laid for the area. Every village in the area will get water from the project. Water will be supplied to the farmers through pipelines. The villages which were left out from the project are also being included now.
Tribal Pride Day is being celebrated in the state on 15th November, in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi is participating. Prime Minister Modi has now decided to celebrate Tribal Pride Day on this day across the country. It is a very proud day for Madhya Pradesh. I invite all of you specially our tribal brothers and sisters to come to Bhopal to participate in this programme.

Chief Minister Chouhan today laid the foundation stone of Seep-Amber irrigation project at Nasrullaganj in Sehore district. On this occasion, he also performed bhoomi-pujan and dedicated development works of total Rs. 404 crore 26 lakh.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that sports competitions will also be held in the state along with the studies. Children may read and play a lot. Mama is giving every help to the children for studies. An annual calendar should be prepared for sports, according to which sports competitions will be organised. Every sport will be promoted.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the daughter of the region Sushri Kaveri has won many medals by performing brilliantly in various sports competitions. It is a matter of pride for the state. He called Kaveri on stage and appreciated her and announced that 11 lakh rupees would be given to daughter Kaveri by the government.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the State Government is committed to provide employment to every youth according to his skill and interest. Employment fairs will be organised every month in every district of the state, in which employment will be provided. Chief Minister Chouhan said that every problem of the people would be resolved by organising regular grievance redressal camps in each district.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the officers and employees should understand carefully that the one who works for the people will continue. He will be rewarded, but he who does not work, is negligent or commits irregularities, will not be spared. He said that timely services should be ensured to the public without taking anything from them.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that fast work is being done in the direction of self-reliant state. The works of infrastructure development etc. are going on. Housing is being provided to the poor through the Pradhan Mantri Awas. The work of the tap water scheme is going on. Special attention should be paid to quality in works. If substandard material is used then I will not condone it.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that work is going on at a fast pace on the scheme to supply water through taps to every household in the state by next year. Special care should be taken to ensure that no house is left out. He said that we have to make every village an ideal village by doing holistic development of villages with everyone's cooperation.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the Central and State Governments have significantly reduced the prices of petrol and diesel. On this an additional expenditure of Rs 4400 crore has come to the state government.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that all kind of help is being given to the self-help groups for the empowerment of women in the state and to make them self-dependent. They are being provided bank linkage and other financial assistance. Through the street vendor scheme, loans are being given to small traders without interest.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that schemes are being run for the welfare of every section in the state. The General Welfare Commission has been formed for the general category. Similarly, Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Minorities Welfare Commissions are also functioning. He called for everyone's cooperation in the Mahayagya of development going on in the state.

District In-Charge Minister Dr. Prabhuram Choudhary said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Covid was brought under control and Madhya Pradesh has emerged as a model in the country. Along with Sehore, health services have been expanded in the entire state. He said that it is our endeavour that every person should get free and good treatment, for this we are making all the arrangements in the hospitals.
Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silawat said that expansion of irrigation facilities is necessary for the progress of farmers and the government is working to increase irrigation capacity in the entire state through small and big projects. He said that farmers of 41 villages would be benefitted by the Oyster Amber project.

Member of Parliament Ramakant Bhargava said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Chouhan, development works are being done in every area by making new schemes for the development of Budhni assembly constituency. Along with this, it is also being ensured that all the people get the benefits of the government schemes.
