Programme outline fixed after discussions with senior officials
Bhopal 14 November 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held discussion with senior officers today about the preparations for the programme to be held at Jamboori Maidan on Tribal Pride Day. Chief Minister Chouhan discussed about the smooth and sequence wise completion of all the programmes. He reviewed the nature of the programme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and was convinced by the preparations.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that it is a matter of pride to hand over the soil urns of martyrs to Prime Minister Modi and to organize the birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda as Tribal Pride Day in a grand form in Bhopal. Prime Minister Modi has decided to install the picture of Lord Birsa Munda in the Parliament. Madhya Pradesh is a tribal dominated state. The celebration of Tribal Pride Day in Bhopal in the presence of the Prime Minister is a matter of pride and honour for the people of the state. It is our priority to ensure that the entire programme should be held in a dignified manner. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed all the concerned officers to ensure arrangements.
Chief Minister Sri Chouhan sought information of the outline set in connection with the presentation of the regional folk dances, launch of Ration Aapke Gram Yojana, short film screening, providing benefits to the beneficiaries, providing cards to the beneficiaries of Sickle Cell Eradication Mission and laying the foundation stone of Eklavya residential schools. Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Manish Rastogi, Commissioner Public Relations Dr. Sudam Khade and other officers were present in the meeting – Window to News
