CM Chouhan inspects arrangements and holds discussion with officials
Bhopal 14 November 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took stock of the preparations regarding Tribal Pride Day and inauguration programme of Rani Kamalapati Railway Station on November 15. While seeking information about the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the arrangements made for all the programmes, Chief Minister Chouhan also gave necessary instructions to the concerned officers. Chouhan sought information about the nature of programmes of Prime Minister Modi and the outline of different activities. All preparations were completed today at Jamboree Maidan and Rani Kamalapati Railway Station.
State Command Center
Chief Minister Chouhan reached the State Command and Control Center located near the Police Headquarters and took a meeting of the officers. The Chief Minister obtained information about the arrangements for transportation, accommodation and food etc. of the participants coming in the Tribal Pride Day programme. Director General of Police, Home, Tribal Affairs, Transport, Public Relations and senior officers of Revenue Departments, Bhopal Commissioner, Collector were present. Chief Minister Chouhan directed that all necessary arrangements should be ensured for the participants of the tribal community coming from various districts and other invitees.
Chief Minister Chouhan also sought information about the route fixed for transportation in the capital. He directed to ensure necessary security arrangements for all citizens including special guests. He sought information about the arrangements for safe transport for the participants invited prior to the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Bhopal on November 15. Chief Minister Chouhan said that he has full faith in his team. Adequate arrangements have been made for the transportation of the tribals coming to attend the Tribal Pride Day celebrations. Chief Minister Chouhan also obtained information about the traffic route and the scheduled route for the programme. Director General of Police Vivek Johri informed about the necessary arrangements.
Barkatullah University Campus
Chief Minister Chouhan visited the helipad located in the Barkatullah University campus in connection with the Prime Minister’s visit. He also gave instructions for necessary decoration on the residential walls of this area. Chief Minister Chouhan also observed the route which is to be taken by the Prime Minister from the helipad to Rani Kamalapati Railway Station. He also inquired about the preparations made to maintain smooth traffic system. New and Renewable Energy Minister Hardeep Singh Dang was also present.
Rani Kamalapati Railway Station
Chief Minister Chouhan sought information about the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday at Rani Kamalapati Railway Station and the arrangements made regarding the programme. Chouhan took stock of the arrangements made by the Railway Administration. During the inspection, Railway Board Chairman Sunit Sharma and General Manager S.K. Gupta was present.
Tribal Pride Day Venue (Jamboori Maidan)
Chief Minister Chouhan reviewed the preparations being made at Jamboorie Maidan for the arrival of the Prime Minister. Chief Minister Chouhan visited the Tribal Pride Day celebration site and sought information from senior administrative and police officers regarding the on stage arrangements, meeting arrangements and exhibition space. Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh and Tribal Affairs Minister Sushri Meena Singh were also present. Chief Minister Chouhan also held discussions with some of the tribals who have come for Pride Day celebrations. Additional Chief Secretary Home, Director General of Police and other officers gave details of all the arrangements made at the venue to Chief Minister Chouhan.
