Statue of former MP Late Smt. Swaraj to be installed in Tagore Auditorium
Picture unveiled, 3 and half crores sanctioned for remaining works
Bhopal 21 November 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Vidisha will be made an ideal district. Chief Minister Chouhan said this today during the inspection of Rabindranath Tagore Auditorium being constructed in Vidisha. He said that a statue of former Union External Affairs Minister and former Vidisha MP Late Sushma Swaraj would be installed in the park of the auditorium. Chief Minister Chouhan also unveiled the picture of the statue of Late Smt. Swaraj. The Chief Minister also announced to sanction Rs.3 and half crores to complete the remaining construction
and development works of the auditorium.
Chief Minister Chouhan directed the concerned officers to complete the remaining construction and development work of the auditorium in the next 2 months. He also instructed to do the electronic and electric works with full quality along with the civil works and especially the excellent decoration of the stage. MLA Umakant Sharma, Smt.
