Bhopal 24 November 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the people of the state have faith in the vaccine along with awareness for prevention against Corona infection. Today’s vaccination mega campaign-6 has been successful once again. Madhya Pradesh has again been a leader in the country by administering more than 18 and a half lakh vaccine doses in a day. Expressing gratitude to the people of the state and those who participated in the vaccination mega campaign, Chief Minister Chouhan has also congratulated them for this success. He said that we have decided that by the end of December, all eligible citizens of the state will be fully vaccinated with both the doses of the vaccine. The people of the state are actively participating in this important task.

Madhya Pradesh has been number-1 in the country by administering more than 18 and a half lakh Covid vaccines till 8 pm on Wednesday November 24 under the Vaccination Maha Abhiyan-6. In the campaign, people continued to visit the 12 thousand 412 vaccination centers since morning on Wednesday to get Corona vaccine. Till 8 pm, more than 18 lakh 56 thousand citizens had been given vaccine doses. So far 8 crore 31 lakh 79 thousand 755 persons have received the dose of Corona vaccine in the state. Out of these, 5 crore 8 lakh 44 thousand 816 have been given the first dose of vaccine and 3 crore 23 lakh 34 thousand 937 persons have been given both doses of vaccine.
Vaccine was administered to people on the spot everywhere
In addition to more than 12 thousand vaccination centers in the state, the health department team did a commendable job of vaccination by reaching people wherever they were found be it in the field, construction work site and even jungles through mobile units. Apart from the vaccination centers, mobile teams also vaccinated farmers working on the fields, workers working on the construction site and the passengers traveling by road.
Strategy of administering vaccine by connecting the public successful
In the Covid Vaccination Maha Abhiyan-6, people started coming to the vaccination centers from morning itself, which continued throughout the day. Vaccination Maha Abhiyan-6 has been a massive success with the participation of the masses.
A special strategy was prepared by the state government to make the grand campaign a success.
On the request of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, social organizations including public representatives, social workers, crisis management committees, Jan Abhiyan Parishad and religious leaders played the role of motivator for vaccination in this special strategy. School and college students, NCC and NSS students motivated common citizens and families of young children to get the vaccine. Along with the Health Department, other departments also actively participated in implementing the special strategy of the campaign.

Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Prabhuram Choudhary appreciated the work of the officers and employees engaged in vaccination on the success of Covid Vaccination Maha Abhiyan-6. He said that along with the Health Department, the officers-employees posted from the village level to the district level of Women-Child Development, Panchayat and Rural Development, Forest, Revenue, School Education and Higher Education departments personally contacted persons who have not yet been administered both of Corona vaccine.
