Good governance is top priority of the state government: Chief Minister Chouhan

Chief Minister Chouhan reviewed the revenue cases and beneficiary oriented schemes
 
Bhopal 29 November 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that working towards good governance in the state is the top priority of the state government. When people get service on time without spending anything is good governance. Ensure to provide benefits to the eligible people conveniently. Work with firm determination so that people can get the benefit of beneficiary-oriented schemes without any inconvenience. Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the video conference of Collectors, Commissioners, Superintendents of Police and IGs at Mantralaya today.

Chief Minister Chouhan instructed to make the process of distribution of benefits easy and transparent by linking it with Aadhaar after approval. Directed for automation of technology at all levels. Instructions were also given to take cooperation of public representatives and members of Crisis Management Groups in the good governance campaign being run from November 15. Chief Minister Chouhan said that on the basis of the eligibility of the beneficiary oriented schemes in every village, every ward, applications should be received from the left out beneficiaries. After 15 days of receipt of the applications, organise a camp and distribute the approval letter of the benefit to the beneficiaries in the presence of public representatives. Chief Minister Chouhan has directed to redress the complaints in time-limit.

Free the land from land-mafia

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the land on which powerful people and land mafia have encroached should be freed. Give the land freed from the land- mafia to the poor, so that their houses can be built. Conduct campaigns with full force to provide the benefit of beneficiary oriented schemes. Eligible beneficiaries should not be deprived of benefits. Priority should be given to resolve the applications received in CM Helpline, Public Hearing, Chief Minister's visit, and Jan Darshan. All the collectors should pay attention and satisfactorily resolve the applications received by the Chief Minister with sensitivity. He said that the complaints of CM Helpline should not remain pending for long.

Benefit distribution to the beneficiaries should be in a transparent manner

Chief Minister Chouhan said that after sanctioning the benefits to the beneficiaries, the arrangement of distribution should be done in a transparent manner. Acceptance letters should be distributed in the presence of public representatives, social workers, crisis management group. The benefits of the schemes should be given to the eligible people by giving wide publicity and speedy distribution. The most important campaign is to benefit the beneficiaries.

Don't let the third wave come

While reviewing the corona, Chief Minister Chouhan said that wherever PSA plants are being set up to provide oxygen, action should be taken to make them operational in the presence of Crisis Management Committee. While reviewing the sickle cell anaemia, the Chief Minister said that it is a genetic disease of red blood cells. A change in the composition of haemoglobin causes anaemia. Ensure public participation for awareness of this disease. Implement it through Jan Abhiyan Parishad.

Mukhyamantri Awasiya Bhu-adhikar Yojana

Chief Minister Chouhan said that giving plots to those who do not have land to live in is a very important campaign. A piece of land to live is a basic right. Allotment of systematic plots should be ensured. The eligible applicants should be identified and given leases collectively. Under the Dharnadhikar Yojana also, leases should be given by fixing the time limit. Collectors of Chhatarpur, Datia and other districts should pay attention in resolving the cases of undisputed diversion and partition. Under the provision in the Act, do not let cases remain pending for more than one month.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that all the services related to land records are very important. More work is needed in the delivery of these services. There is also a need to speed up the disposal of undisputed diversion, undisputed partition cases. People should be made more aware through record rectification campaign. Also involve public representatives in the campaign. Chief Minister Chouhan said that all the services related to the Revenue Department are bound by law and rules, in which the farmers organisations should be made aware of the changes made for the farmers and simplification of the rules. Chief Minister Chouhan directed to implement the residential land rights scheme at par with the Swamitva scheme. More attention should be paid to Dharndhikar Yojana.

Chief Minister Chouhan directed to give a concrete shape to the concept of Cyber ​​Tehsil in 4-5 months, So that more and more people can get the benefit of it. Chief Minister Chouhan directed in the meeting that the use of Blockchain technology should be ensured in the transactions to be recorded in the land records.

Make overall ranking of districts

Chief Minister Chouhan directed to make overall ranking of districts in relation to redressal of revenue cases. He congratulated the collectors of Chhindwara, Sidhi, Anuppur, Niwari, Vidisha districts for the work of rectification of records. Also expressed displeasure over Sehore, Jabalpur, Shajapur, Sheopur and Khargone districts for their weak performance. He said that revolutionary changes should be brought for good governance.

Special efforts should be made for employment and self-employment

Chief Minister Chouhan said that for employment attention should be paid not only on services but also on self employment for the sake of livelihood. Provide benefits to the beneficiaries by organising camps for self-employment. Prepare a plan to organise employment and self-employment fairs. The collector should pay attention to the eligible beneficiaries for self employment within the time limit. Prioritize the work of credit linkage for self-help groups. Achieve the set goals on top priority. There should be rapid efforts for empowerment of women self-help groups. Work fast under one district- one product scheme. Make sure to send its report to all the districts.

Employment Day should be celebrated

Employment Day should be celebrated on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda under Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana. Accelerate the work of providing employment under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme. Benefit by helping people in Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana. The scenario of Madhya Pradesh can be changed by providing benefits of schemes. Provide benefits by bringing employment related schemes on one platform. Chief Minister Chouhan said that through Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, Prime Minister's Self-employment Generation Programme, Self-Help Groups, Chief Minister Udyam Kranti Yojna, PM Svanidhi, Chief Minister Rural Street Vendor Scheme, self-employment loans and employment in private sectors, employment and self-employment opportunities up to 2 lakh people can be provided every month. Chief Minister Chouhan directed all the concerned departments to organise Employment-Day every month in the districts in coordination.
