CM Chouhan reviews broad perspective of investment in state
Bhopal 01 December 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that every effort should be made to create maximum employment opportunities in the state. Work should be done expeditiously to increase and establish investment opportunities in industries. Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the broad perspective of investment in the state with the officials of the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Mantralaya.
Huge investment opportunities in the state
Chief Minister Chouhan has said that there are immense possibilities of investment in the state. In the proposed Investors’ Summit in Bhopal and Indore in February 2022, the possibilities of industrial investment should be presented in a better way.
Furniture and Toy Clusters
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is emphasizing on the establishment of furniture and toy clusters. Chouhan instructed to make speedy efforts in this direction. Chief Minister Chouhan said that there should not be any shortage in the establishment of various clusters under the cluster development programme of the state government.
Six lakh job opportunities will be created
Chief Minister Chouhan said that the action plan of the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to provide employment to about 6 lakh people by creating employment opportunities by March 2023 is commendable. This is a very useful action plan for Atmanirbhar road map of Madhya Pradesh.
Make the state a garment sector hub
Chief Minister Chouhan said that garment sector can be developed as a hub in Madhya Pradesh. It has many opportunities for investment and employment. This will also create employment opportunities for thousands of youth.
World Expo Dubai
Chief Minister Chouhan said that World Expo is going to be organized in Dubai from December 3-9, 2021. Better preparations should be made to represent the state well in the expo. Do not return empty handed from Dubai. Similarly, preparations for the World Economic Forum to be held in Davos from 17 to 25 January 2022 should be completed in advance.
