Chief Minister Chouhan took part in Ganga Aarti in Banaras

Bhopal 13 December 2021: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, on the first day of his three-day visit to Uttar Pradesh, attended the Ganga Aarti on the banks of holy river Ganga in Banaras, the city of Lord Vishwanath. Chief Minister Chouhan, Chief Ministers of various states, Deputy Chief Ministers attended the Ganga Aarti in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

After reaching Dashashv Ghat in Banaras, in the presence of Prime Minister Modi, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Chouhan along with Chief Ministers of other states offered prayers by participating in Ganga Aarti. Guests took part in the programme by going to Vivekananda Cruise from the ghat which was the center of attraction with special decorations. Guests also left for Ganga Ghat after boarding the Alaknanda cruise from Lalita Ghat. There was a great aarti of Mother Ganga at Assi Ghat. Earlier today, the Kashi Vishwanath Dham Temple Corridor was inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi. Guests also reached Sant Ravidas Ghat on this occasion. Sparkling lamps and laser shows on the Ganga Ghats also became the center of public attraction today on Deepawali.

CM Chouhan will attend the conclave on Tuesday

Chief Minister Chouhan will attend the Conclave of Chief Ministers of different states in the presence of Prime Minister Modi in Banaras on Tuesday, December 14. In the conclave, the states will apprise themselves of the best practices and innovations. Apart from this, the participant states in the conclave will also give a presentation of achievements focused on the central government welfare schemes. Chief Minister Chouhan will have darshan of Lord Ram Lalla in Ayodhya along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers of the states on Wednesday, December 15 – Window to News
